E-mail Etiquette

When their is a need to send an e-mail to a group of people use the Bcc field to list all the e-mail addresses. What it does is to send a copy of the e-mail to each recipient while their e-mail address remains concealed from others and also prevents a long list of addresses from appearing at the beginning of each e-mail.
